Epidemiology of hypertension in Croatia 2 (EHUH2) finished in 2020. Showed this significant reduction of salt intake with clear repercussion on average blood pressure levels on population level. Less salt ingestion for sure potentiate this effect as well as better (but still modest improvement) in clinical inertia and usage of antihypertensive agents.
